How does the pricing model work?
Our model is simple: free up to 1000 flight hours per year, then €0.50 excl. VAT per flight hour on all hours. For large clubs exceeding 3000 annual hours, we offer tailor-made deals. All features are included from the start.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, our pricing based on flight hours is completely transparent. All essential features are included in this rate. Some additional services, such as credit card payment, are offered as options according to your needs.
What features are included?
All essential features are included in the basic offer: reservation management, maintenance, training, accounting... Additional services like credit card payment are available as options for clubs that want them.
What support is available?
We offer complete technical support by email and phone, included for all clubs regardless of their size. Our team is available to help you with initial setup and to answer your daily questions.

How does the reservation system work?
The reservation system is available 24/7 online. Members can book an aircraft, see real-time availability, and manage their reservations from their smartphone or computer.
Can you book multiple slots in advance?
Yes, it's possible to make multiple reservations according to the rules defined by your club. The system automatically checks for conflicts and necessary qualifications.
How are training flights managed?
Training flights can be scheduled with available instructors. The system automatically checks instructor and aircraft availability.
What happens in case of cancellation?
Cancellations are handled according to your club's rules. The system can send automatic notifications to relevant people and free up the slot for other reservations.

4fly integrates a complete maintenance tracking system that monitors flight hours, cycles, and calendar deadlines. Automatic alerts are sent for upcoming maintenance.
Who can declare maintenance?
Mechanics and authorized personnel can record maintenance operations. Each intervention is documented and archived in the aircraft's history.
How are maintenance alerts managed?
