Article 1 - Definitions

- 4fly: flying club management platform - User: any person using the platform - Club: aeronautical structure using the services - Services: all functionalities offered by the platform

Article 2 - Purpose

4fly offers a complete solution for managing flying clubs, including reservations, maintenance, training and billing.

Article 3 - Access Conditions

4fly offers three pricing plans adapted to your activity: 1. Free Plan (€0): - 1 aircraft, 20 active members - Bookings, flights, maintenance, billing - 500 MB storage 2. Club Plan (€19 excl. VAT/aircraft/month): - 1 aircraft included + additional - 200 active members - 2 training programs - Messaging, newsletter, events - 1 GB storage - 20 SMS + 100 emails per subscription per month 3. Pro Plan (€49 excl. VAT/aircraft/month): - 1 aircraft included + additional - Unlimited members - Unlimited training programs - All features included - 100 GB storage - 100 SMS + 500 emails per subscription per month - Priority support

Article 4 - Obligations

4fly commits to: - Ensure platform availability and maintenance - Secure user data - Provide technical support The user commits to: - Provide accurate information - Respect the terms of use - Not misuse the platform

Article 5 - Personal Data

4fly collects and processes personal data in compliance with GDPR. Users have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

Article 6 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the 4fly platform (logo, texts, images, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 7 - Liability

4fly cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform. Liability is limited to the amount of services paid by the user.

Article 8 - Termination

Each party may terminate the use of services under the conditions provided. In case of serious breach, termination may be immediate.

Article 9 - Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
